Q: Do you work with puppies?

A: Absolutely! We love setting puppies up for success early on. Whether you want manners, crate training, or socialization, we’ve got age-appropriate options!

Q: What if my dog is reactive, fearful, or aggressive?

A: Ahhh, that’s our specialty. We have experience with dogs who struggle in real life — not just in a classroom. We’ll meet your dog where they’re at and help you move forward with clarity and calm.

Q: How long does it take to see results?

A: Many clients notice improvements after the first session. Long-lasting change depends on consistency, but we’ll give you a clear roadmap and support along the way.

Q: Can I combine programs or switch later?

A: Yes! Some families start with private training and then add Board & Train or Day Training down the road.

The beauty with our programs is we combine a lot of our services, and you can always add more as time progresses.

The first time I met Heather was when she was evaluating my dog, Nova’s, behavior. Nova struggled with human/dog reactivity. I was immediately blown away by the amount of knowledge Heather had. The thing that impressed me most, was that she told me she did not need to watch my dog perform bad behavior in order to see the areas that needed work. Heather provided me with the proper tools that I needed to advocate for my dog. Heather is a wonderful dog trainer, and its a joy to be around her. She gives off such a positive energy!

We loved working with Project K9 and our doodle dog, Sophie. We learned so much about how to train her, and how to help her to be a fun member of our family. She walks well on a leash and we enjoy playing with her off leash. Heather was really great to watch us and our son and work with us individually as we learned how to teach Sophie. I was having a massive problem with my dog jumping my fence to go after other dogs and being unable to take him out of my yard without both of us having a meltdown.
