FAQs
Q: What makes your daycare different from others?
A: Our daycare is structured, safe, and trainer-supervised — not chaotic. We focus on calm socialization, polite behavior, and rest between play sessions.
In addition to group play, we also offer individual enrichment and play opportunities, homemade frozen treats, and focus on what your dog enjoys throughout the day. They are here to have FUN in a safe, stress-free way!
Q: Is your daycare safe for small or shy dogs?
A: Yes. We group dogs by size, age, and temperament, and monitor them closely. Every dog is screened to make sure it’s a safe match, and we are there the entire time to be an advocate for them. We do not allow bullying or dogs to interact in a way that is not safe.
Q: Can my dog come to daycare if they haven’t trained with you before?
A: Yes. We start every dog out slowly in our groups. If your dog needs help with social skills or structure, we may recommend one of our training courses instead, or in conjunction with our daycare option.
Q: Is daycare right for my dog?
A: All dogs can benefit from structure, new relationships, and socialization in a safe way. We pride ourselves on our expert abilities to evaluate every dog and help bring out the best in them!
It can take time for them to get comfortable in a new situation, but we work hard to build lasting, loving relationships with all the dogs in our care.
Q: What if my dog has never been to daycare before?
A: That’s totally fine. We’ll ease them in slowly and watch closely to make sure they’re adjusting well. If they need extra help, we might recommend a training course as a starting point.
Q. Can I add training to my dog's daycare stay?
A: Yes! You can upgrade to Day Training! This combines daycare with personalized training with your goals in mind!
Q. What if I don't make it back in time for pickup times?
A. We will make every effort to get in contact with you during our pickup times to make sure you will be here. If we can’t get a hold of you, and you are not here before our cut off time, we will leave a voicemail for you, letting you know you are welcome to pick up your dog in the morning, and they will stay here. You will be responsible for the night of boarding expenses, as well as a possible late pick up fee. See more about Overnight Boarding here.
